A quick note…

Hello all,

I have a new newsletter almost ready to come out over the weekend but just wanted to send out a quick piece of news. For some unknown to me reason, my Instagram account has been suspended. Seven years of content, almost 50 thousand followers - just gone. I have submitted an appeal and at this stage it’s only suspended not deleted so fingers crossed!

But I want to keep posting and may as well start rebuilding now, just in case. So I have a set up a backup account over on Instagram and would if you’d like to follow me there/share the account etc, I would love it and really appreciate it.
